How to use this course
Palmistry (hast rekha shastra or hast samudrika in India, chiromancy in the West) reads character, tendencies and life patterns from the hand: its shape, fingers, mounts, lines and marks. This course combines the Indian tradition with the Western system that most modern books use, and links the hand to astrology through the planetary mounts.

The example hand
Module 15 reads Example Hand A, a fictional hand described in full. Smaller examples appear in every module.
Read the hand as a whole
The golden rule of palmistry: no single line or mark decides anything. A short life line does not mean a short life; a broken line does not mean disaster. Read the whole hand: shape first, then fingers and mounts, then lines and marks, and always compare both hands. This course repeats that rule because it is the difference between responsible palmistry and frightening nonsense.
